Healthy Eats: Chia Pudding

Prep Time:6-8hrs

– 1/4 cup chia seeds
– 1 cup almond milk (or other kind)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 –Mix chia seeds, milk, and vanilla extract together in bowl and allow to chill in refrigerator 6-8hrs. That’s it!

In this version I put chia pudding on the bottom layer, oats and granola in the middle, a smoothie with strawberries, bananas, apples, and orange on top, and topped it with sliced bananas and blueberries, delicious!!!
