Breakfast Recipe 11/4

Bottom: Smoothie with 1/2 banana, 1/3 mango, spinach, kale, 1 cup almond milk, zest of 1/2 lemon, and 1 tsp honey (Makes 2 servings, 1/2 is used in this bowl).

Topping: Oats, granola, flax seeds, bananas, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds.
