Gratitude Month

Everyday we should be grateful for something. It is Gratitude month at Laughing Lotus Yoga Studio in NYC. This morning my teacher asked the class to think about 3 things that we are grateful for today.

I am thankful for:
1 — Waking Up.
2 — Yoga.
3 — Animal Crackers (at the studio).
