Breakfast Recipe 11/7

Smoothie: 1/3 avocado, 1/2 apple, 1/2 banana, spinach, 1 cup almond milk (serves 2, 1 serving in my jar). Topped with oats, granola, and pumpkin seeds.

Snack Bar: Trader Joes Five Seed Almond Bar (flax, poppy, sesame and pumpkin seeds, and almonds), and slices of Colby-Jack Cheese.

Tea: Jasmine Green Tea.
