– tabletop 3 breaths

– cat/cow 3 breaths
– downdog 3 breaths
– side plank R & L 3 breaths
– Pilates push-ups x6
– child’s pose 3 breaths
(Repeat 5 above x2)
– headstand w/eyes closed 10 breaths into…
– wheel 3 breaths (1 leg up R &L 3 breaths)
– supine spinal twist w/eagle wrap 5 breaths
– handstand practice (pictured) 2min
