Child’s Pose (balasana): a calming and restorative pose that stretches the hips, thighs, back, and ankles.

– yoga 1hr 15min

– cat/cow 3 breaths
– downdog 3 breaths
– plank pose 1 breath
– Pilates push-ups x8
– side plank R & L 3 breaths
– forearm plank 5 breaths
– sphinx pose 3 breaths
– forearm stand 3 breaths
– child’s pose (pictured) 5 breaths
(Repeat sequence x2)
