Smoothie Recipe 12/6

The sweetness in this smoothie comes from the pineapple chunks. Pineapples are an excellent source of vitamin C which contributes to a strong immune system and healthy glowing skin! Enjoy!

– 3 chunks pineapple
– 1/2 banana
– 3 cubes ice
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup oats
– 1/2 cup almond milk
