Smoothie Recipe 12/10

Cucumbers are high in water content so are super hydrating for the body and good for the skin. They are also high in fiber which aids in digestion. Enjoy!

– 1 Persian cucumber
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/2 banana
– 1 clementine orange
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 3 cubes of ice
– 1/4 cup oats
– 1/2 tsp honey
– 1/3 cup almond milk
