Smoothie Recipe 12/11

My delicious green smoothie contains spinach which is a great source of antioxidants and fiber which helps to lower cholesterol and aids in weight loss. Enjoy!

– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/2 handful of kale
– 1/3 mango
– 1/2 banana
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup oats
– 1/3 cup almond milk
– 3 cubes of ice
