Smoothie Recipe 12/12

Cantaloupe is the main ingredient in this smoothie which has a high water content that keeps the body hydrated. It is also rich in vitamins A and C which keeps your hair and skin moisturized and healthy. Enjoy!

– 3 chunks cantaloupe
– 2 clementine oranges
– 1/2 banana
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup oats
– 2 cubes of ice
– 1/3 cup almond milk
