Smoothie Recipe 12/13

Bananas are a main ingredient I use in almost every smoothie including this one. They are rich in potassium which supports bone strength and contributes to a healthy heart.

– 1/2 banana
– 2 chunks cantaloupe
– 1 clementine orange
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup oats
– 2 cubes of ice
– 1/3 cup of almond milk
