Smoothie Recipe 12/15

This delicious green smoothie contains pears! Pears are low in calories and high in fiber which helps you to feel fuller longer and can contribute to weight loss. Enjoy!

– 1/2 pear
– 1/2 banana
– 1 handful of kale
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup of oats
– 2 tbs flax seeds
– 1/2 cup of almond milk
– 2 cubes of ice
