Breakfast Recipe 12/16

Serves: 2

Avocado Toast:
– 4 thin of slices of multigrain toast
– 4 slices honey roasted turkey
– 2 tbs hummus
– avocado mix (avocado, 1 tbs olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, zest of 1/2 lemon, cilantro)
– 1/3 cup shredded cheese
– 4 hard boiled eggs (sprinkle with black pepper)

Smoothie:
– 2 medium stalks celery
– 4 chunks pineapple
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/2 banana
– 3 cubes ice
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 tbs chia seeds
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
