Mason Jar Salad Recipe #3

Read “Mason Jar Salad Basics” on the blog to learn about how to layer your salads. Here is this weeks recipe:

Layer 1 — Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper.

Layer 2 — Tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, and yellow bell peppers.

Layer 3 — Quinoa.

Layer 4 — Baked chicken, cheese, and cilantro.

Layer 5 — Tuscan kale and romaine lettuce.

Be sure to make your mason jar salads at the beginning of the week so you have a healthy lunch for each day. Preparing food at home is the best way to eat well consistently!
