Smoothie Recipe 12/19

This green smoothie has kiwi that is rich in vitamin C which protects our bodies from damage caused by the sun and pollution and contributes to beautiful looking skin. Enjoy!

– 2 kiwis
– 1 banana
– 1 clementine orange
– 1 Persian cucumber
– 1/2 apple
– 1/2 avocado
– 1 handful of spinach
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/3 cup of oats
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 3 cubes of ice
