Smoothie Recipe 12/28

This delicious smoothie contains peanut butter which is a good source of fiber and protein that fills you up and can help you to lose weight. Enjoy!

– 1 banana
– 1 tbs peanut butter
– 1/4 cup of oats
– 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 3 cubes of ice
