I absolutely love my Mason Jar Salads!
Here’s what’s in my salad this week.
Layer 1 — Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper.
Layer 2 — Grape tomatoes, cucumbers, baby carrots, red bell peppers.
Layer 3 — Brussels sprouts.
Layer 4 — Tricolor quinoa.
Layer 5 — Grilled lemon chicken, shredded cheese.
Layer 6 — Organic Tuscan kale, romaine lettuce.
