Saturday Morning 1/10

My brain and body are now alert after this morning routine:

• 10min of seated meditation.

• 1 glass of water with lemon.

• Green Smoothie:
– 1/3 mango
– 1/2 banana
– 1 handful of spinach
– 1/2 handful of kale
– 2 cubes of ice
– 1 tbs plain Greek yogurt
– 1/4 cup of oats
– 1/2 cup almond milk

• 30min French lesson.
