Morning Practice:
– 20min seated meditation
– 30min French lesson

Healthy Eats:
– 1/4 cup of oats
– 1/4 cup of chex
– 1 handful of mixed nuts: almonds, cashews, cranberries
– 1 tbs pumpkin seeds
– 1/2 banana
– 1 handful blueberries
– 1/3 apple
– 1/2 cup almond milk
