Mason Jar Salad Recipe 2.3

This delicious salad has shrimp and black beans which are a good source of protein that is important for healthy hair and nails and building strong muscles. Enjoy!

Layer 1 — Salsa and sour cream.

Layer 2 — Red and green bell peppers, corn.

Layer 3 — Brown basmati rice.

Layer 4 — Black beans.

Layer 5 — Shrimp.

Layer 6 — Guacamole (use lemon juice to keep fresh).

Layer 7 — Spinach and romaine lettuce.
