Fit Tip: Fruit Infused Water

Adding fruit to your water adds flavor and nutrients that keep you hydrated and energized throughout the day. I love adding lemons that are great for detoxing the body. I also love using berries and oranges that have antioxidants and vitamin C. I suggest also using slices of cucumber, mint leaves, limes, and any of your favorite fruits and vegetables. Drink up and enjoy!
