Mason Jar Salad Recipe 2.8


My mason jar salads have sweet potatoes that are rich in calcium, potassium, vitamin A, and fiber that helps to keep you feeling fuller longer and can contribute to weight loss. Enjoy!

Layer 1 — Cilantro dressing, Greek yogurt.

Layer 2 — Sweet potatoes.

Layer 3 — Tricolor quinoa.

Layer 4 — Black beans, guacamole, shredded cheese, and tomatoes.

Layer 5 — Ground turkey.

Layer 6 — Baby arugula, spinach, baby lettuce, and romaine lettuce.

Be sure to use lemon juice in your guacamole to keep it fresh for the whole week.
