If I had to pick a favorite piece of Pilates equipment I would have to say it is the Wunda Chair! Some of the most advanced and athletic Pilates exercises can be performed on the chair for a total body workout.
Another great aspect about the chair is that it offers a variety of movements appropriate for both beginners and clients with injuries. While working in a physical therapy office for 2 years, I often had clients use the chair to perform rehabilitative exercises. With consistent practice I was able to see improvement in their strength and mobility.
