Healthy Eats: Mint Yogurt Dip

Feeling stuffy this winter? Mint contains menthol which acts as a natural decongestant. Try adding mint leaves to your tea, water, smoothies, and to make this tasty and easy Mint Yogurt Dip! 

As a snack I enjoying having slices of cucumbers with my dip but you can use any of your favorite veggies. You can also try making this for a party platter. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 3 minutes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

– 2 tbs chopped mint

– 2 tbs olive oil

– juice of 1/2 lemon

– salt and pepper to taste

Procedures:

1 — Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and serve with your favorite veggies.
