On-the-Go Healthy Snack: Yogurt Parfait

My yogurt parfait is sweet, nutritious, and takes just 5min to make! Low-fat Greek yogurt with the addition of whole grains and fruit, is an excellent source of protein, calcium, and fiber that can promote weightloss and prevent heart disease. You can easily store this parfait in a small container such as a mason jar that will keep it fresh and is easy to pack as a perfect on-the-go healthy snack. Enjoy!

Yogurt Parfait:

* 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (Fage is my fav)

* 1/4 cup of oats

* 1/4 cup of granola (I love Trader Joe’s Gluten Free Loaded Fruit & Nut Granola)

* 1 handful of raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries
