On-the-Go Healthy Snack: Pre Workout Green Smoothie


My delicious pre workout green smoothie is filled with carbohydrates, potassium, and fiber that gives my body energy and keeps me feeling full but light. Enjoy!

– 1 handful of spinach

– 1/2 banana

– 1/2 apple

– 1/4 cup of oats

– 1 tsp coconut oil

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– 1 tsp chia seeds

– 2 cubes of ice

– 1 cup almond milk
